Andes Rhythm & Food Festival at Ballantine Park supports the work of the Andes Library. Four musical acts, four food vendors all on hand from Noon to 4:00 p.m. rain or shine. Concert is free but donations for the library will be appreciated. Those attending should bring blankets and chairs.
