Andes Rhythm & Food Festival at Ballantine Park supports the work of the Andes Library. Four musical acts, four food vendors all on hand from Noon to 4:00 p.m. rain or shine. Concert is free but donations for the library will be appreciated. Those attending should bring blankets and chairs.

Annual Sheila R. Sole lecture by Dr. Stephen Berk at 11:00 a.m. at Congregation B’nai Israel in Fleischmanns. Dr. Berk, professor of history at Union College, will speak on “Poland, Jews and the Holocaust.
