The Catskill Interpretive Center hosts its annual book festival in Mt. Tremper. Writers in the Mountains will present at the Catskill Interpretive Center’s Book Fair in Mount Tremper. There will be readings, short presentations, and illustrative class exercises. From 1:15 to 2 pm, presenters include nature writer Leslie T. Sharpe; poet Sharon Israel; fiction and creative nonfiction writers Anique Taylor, Carrie Bradley Neves, and Ginnah Howard.

The 33rd Annual Big Indian Car Show takes place at the Big Indian Park, just off Rt. 28 in the Shandaken hamlet. Hosted by the Catskill Mountain Classic Car Club, more than 100 classic cars are expected with food served up by the Big Indian Oliverea Fire Company. Dash plaques go to the first 100 cars registered. Registration begins at 8:00 and closes promptly at Noon with the award ceremony started at 3:30 p.m.
From Noon until 1 p.m. The Beekman Boys, Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell will hold a book signing for their fourth cookbook, A Seat at the Table. The signing will take place at Creative Corners in Hobart.
