Arkville — The first annual Pumpkin Festival is planned for Sunday, Oct. 13 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on the grounds behind the Delaware & Ulster Railroad on Route 28, Arkville.
Admission to the Pumpkin Festival is free and the event promises to be a fun-filled day for the entire family.
Featured attractions will include: pumpkin bowling, a kids’ bouncy house, music, a corn-hole tournament, discount tickets for scenic rides on the Delaware and Ulster Railroad, contests, face painting, food vendors and a pumpkins floating down the river carrying rubber duckies as passengers.
Vendors interested in renting a10-foot-by10-foot area may reserve space for the day at $25.
