Matt joined the agency in 1995 shortly after graduating from St. Lawrence University. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor professional designation in 2016. Matt develops new sales opportunities and works to meet the needs of existing clients. He heads the agency’s Financial Services department, focusing on family insurance needs, business continuation and succession planning.

Ryan joined Sluiter Agency in May 2019. He is a graduate of Hartwick College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminstration. He earned his Property and Casualty Broker License in 2018 and his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licence in 2019. Ryan concentrates most of his time on new commercial and personal insurance sales opportunities and servicing existing customers.
